The International Law educational programme at MNU Law School is designed to develop a new generation of legal professionals equipped to work effectively in both international and national legal systems. This dual focus is essential in response to the increasing globalization of legal processes, Kazakhstan’s active participation in international affairs, including economic and political integration, and the cross-border movement of goods, services, capital, and labour, all of which require specialised legal expertise.

    Human Rights Advocacy;
  • availability of minor programmes embedded in the core curriculum*, including a minor in English Law, a minor in German Law (Deutsches Recht), a minor in Business and Law, and a minor in IT Law;

    international consulting; legal support for transnational business; national and international law firms (GRATA, E&Y, Deloitte, White & Case, and others); international organizations and their representative offices in Kazakhstan, as well as Kazakhstani representations to international organizations (EAEU, UN, WTO); intergovernmental and non-governmental human rights organizations (UNHCR, UNICEF, Kazakhstan International Bureau for Human Rights and Rule of Law);
