Senior Lecturer (Tourism & Hospitality)

Maqsut Narikbayev University invites applications for the position of Senior Lecturer to contribute to the development of the Tourism and Hospitality programmes, with a focus on entrepreneurship and practice-oriented learning.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching the following courses: Entrepreneurship & Innovation in Tourism & Hospitality, Sales Techniques.
• Designing practice-oriented assignments and case studies.
• Teaching students the fundamentals of start-up creation and business planning.
• Preparing students for project presentations.

Requirements:

1. MBA / MA / MSc degree (preferably from an international university) in Business, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or related fields.

2. Practical experience in business, start-ups, or sales.

3. Knowledge of modern teaching approaches and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

4. English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).

Additional Requirements (Preferred):

— Experience within start-up ecosystems or working with venture projects.
— Participation in international projects.
— Membership in professional associations.
