Senior Lecturer (Tourism & Hospitality department)

The Bachelor’s degree programmes in Tourism and Hospitality focus on entrepreneurship and practice-oriented learning.

Responsibilities:

• Teach the course Introduction to Accounting for Tourism and Hospitality.
• Develop practice-oriented assignments and case studies.
• Teach students the fundamentals of business management and accounting.
• Prepare teaching and learning materials.
• Conduct and assess examinations.
• Ensure compliance with the University’s academic regulations and standards.

Requirements:

1. MA/MSc degree (preferably from an international university) in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of practical experience in business, finance, or accounting.

3. Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and experience integrating AI tools into the educational process.

4. English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or above, or an equivalent qualification); ability to teach in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in higher education and teaching.

2. Participation in international projects.

3. Membership in professional associations.

4. Relevant professional certifications.

5. Strong public speaking, presentation, and large-audience communication skills.
