Inclusion

At the University, assistance is provided by the Student Social Protection Manager, the Psychological Support Service, and other departments offering advisory and informational support for students belonging to socially vulnerable categories. You may contact the Student Social Protection Manager:

1. via corporate email;

2. in person — Ground Floor (Sandbox), Office DSA. Appointments with a psychologist can be made through the link provided on Instagram.

Consultations and guidance from the Student Social Protection Manager are available to students from the following categories:

• persons with special needs;

• students from large families;

• students from single-parent families;

• orphans;

• students with social benefits or admitted under a quota.

As part of their responsibilities, the Student Social Protection Manager provides information and assistance in the following areas:

* student dormitory and hostel accommodation;

* issuing of transportation benefits;

* information on discounts and preferential conditions (details available here: https://mnu.kz/ru/endowment/);

* referral to a psychologist for individual counselling, if required;

* registration for training sessions with a psychological coach aimed at adaptation, development of communication skills, stress management, etc.;

For students with special needs, the University ensures accessible conditions, including:

1. equipped ramps at the service entrance (1st floor);

2. a security call button for immediate assistance;

3. access for adapted taxis via the parking area to the ground floor;

4. restrooms adapted for comfortable use, equipped with call buttons;

5. barrier-free access to classrooms, lecture halls, and offices (barrier-free doors);

6. Braille signage on elevator buttons.
