Maqsut Narikbayev University hosted its traditional alumni reunion, this time bringing together the graduates of 2015.
The alumni highly praised the university’s significant infrastructural transformation and shared their personal success stories. The event was not only an occasion for warm interaction but also a symbolic gathering, underscoring the strong bond between generations of graduates. Chairman of the Board of MNU, Talgat Narikbayev, welcomed the participants and emphasised that the university’s doors are always open to them.
In 2015, nearly 900 students graduated with bachelor’s degrees. According to a recent survey, most of the alumni from the 20th jubilee cohort have built successful careers in public service, quasi-public organisations, and entrepreneurship. The university continues to demonstrate strong graduate employment outcomes.
“Being here brings back a flood of memories and deep gratitude for the fact that we have grown into who we are today—confident and unafraid of challenges. The university has shaped a generation of successful, dynamic, and creative individuals who pursue what they truly love. Over the past 10 years, I have led innovative projects and collaborated with international companies, and thanks to the foundation laid by the university, I have had the opportunity to visit many countries. I wish our alma mater continued success and prosperity,” said MNU alumna Assel Yelemessova.

Maqsut Narikbayev University actively maintains close ties with its alumni and implements joint projects. Graduates have access to the university’s resources and provide support to current students. Moreover, many MNU degree holders continue to contribute to the university as lecturers and staff members.
