International Scientific and Practical Round Table on the Topic: “The State and Prospects of Animal Law Development: A View Through the Lens of Contemporary Challenges”

On November 9, 2023, Maqsut Narikbayev University hosted an international scientific and practical roundtable titled “The State and Prospects of Animal Law Development: A View Through the Lens of Contemporary Challenges,” organized by the Scientific School of Administrative and German Law in cooperation with the MNU Animal Law Center.

Participants discussed pressing issues related to the legal protection of animals, emphasizing the importance of this field for maintaining ecological balance, ensuring ecosystem sustainability, and fostering a humane attitude toward living beings.

During the event, it was noted that the legal protection of animals represents not only an expression of compassion and humanism but also an essential condition for building a responsible society based on respect for nature and the vulnerable.
