Maksim Bozhko Shares His Formula for Success with Students of the MNU Business School

The lecture series of the Business School at Maqsut Narikbayev University continues. Maksim Bozhko, Chair of the Supervisory Board of the management company Shanyraq, shared his personal success story with participants.

The founder of one of the country’s major enterprises in poultry meat and table egg production spoke about the company’s business model and its philosophy of sustainable development, which is embedded at every stage of its operations. Maksim Bozhko outlined key principles for building effective vertically integrated systems, placing particular emphasis on the importance of full Kazakhstan-based production and consistent quality control.

During the session, the speaker also answered questions from the audience.
