
Future lawyers, young researchers, and experts will gather at Maqsut Narikbayev University to discuss the transformation of law in the era of global technological shifts. The university will host the annual international research-to-practice conference “MNU Annual Legal Conference – 2026.”
The theme of the event is “Law in the Context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution: Dynamics and Stability.” The conference serves as a platform for those ready to analyze contemporary challenges, seek solutions to legal conflicts, and shape new trends in legal scholarship. Students, master’s and doctoral candidates, as well as practicing lawyers, judges, and civil servants are invited to participate.
The conference will operate in the following sections:
- Theory and Philosophy of Law
- Constitutional Law
- Public and Private International Law
- Private Law
- General and Special Administrative Law, Administrative Procedure
- Labor Law
- Criminal Law and Criminal Justice
Participants’ papers will be published in a conference proceedings volume with ISBN, UDC, and BBK classification (to be posted on the MNU website). Certificates will be awarded, and the best speakers will receive special nominations. The event will also provide an opportunity to exchange experience with leading representatives of the academic and professional community.
The research-to-practice conference will take place on April 17 of this year in Kazakh, Russian, and English. There is no participation fee. Submissions are accepted until March 25, 2026.
