The Women’s Mentoring Club at MNU has a main goal—comprehensive support for the university’s female students and employees in developing leadership skills, increasing motivation, and strengthening belief in their own abilities and potential. The Club provides a platform for exchanging experience, receiving advice, mentorship from experienced women, and assistance in defining career goals. Its objectives include developing self-confidence (self-respect, goal setting), increasing motivation (positive thinking, inner purposefulness), and strengthening belief in one’s own abilities (self-development, recognition of achievements).
In 2024, the Club organized a number of significant events that underscore its mission:
· Lecture on the protection of student rights and gender equality (October 16).
· Guest lecture “My experience receiving offers from five top universities in the world” with Asselzhan Sarbalina (April 2).
· Meeting “Alla Ilchun. The Kazakh woman who conquered Europe” with Alma Sailaukyzy (March 6), dedicated to developing femininity and self-confidence.
· Final meeting with the club’s mentors and managers to summarize the semester’s results (May 14).
