Maqsut Narikbayev University continues its work on publishing up-to-date legal literature. Faculty members have released new books on administrative procedure and the general part of criminology.
The academic community now has access to the textbook Criminology: General Part by Assistant Professor, PhD in Law Almas Zhumagali. In addition, the book Administrative Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan: General Part. Volume II by Associate Professor, Doctor of Law Roman Melnyk has been published. Both works meet academic standards and are aimed at developing systematic and analytical legal thinking.
Almas Zhumagali’s textbook focuses on the causes of crime, the personality of the offender, and crime prevention measures. Meanwhile, the second volume of Roman Melnyk’s book expands and deepens the theoretical and applied foundations of administrative procedure. The first volume was published earlier and has also been translated into Kazakh.
Previously, the teaching manual Kazakhstan’s Law on International Treaties: Commentary and Practice Review by Assistant Professor, PhD Abay Abylaiuly was presented.
