Maqsut Narikbayev University has announced the launch of the application period for the annual Jas Kenes Siylygy Youth Award. This independent competition has been held since last year at the initiative of the Council for Youth Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The award recognises Kazakhstanis aged 14 to 35 who have distinguished themselves in key sectors of the economy and public life. Applications are being accepted through the award’s official website until 21 July this year. The selection process will be conducted in three stages, and the total prize fund amounts to 20 million tenge.
According to the organisers, this year two winners will be selected in each of the ten categories. The award aims to highlight the most outstanding young professionals in the fields of law enforcement, medicine, manufacturing, inclusion, education, civil protection, community support, industry, agriculture, and IT. Each winner will receive a monetary prize of one million tenge.
