Professors of the International School of Economics at Maqsut Narikbayev University took part in the Scientific Forum on China–Central Asia Cooperation in the Context of Civilisational Exchange, held in the city of Karamay.
The international event brought together leading scholars and experts to discuss issues of cultural exchange, sustainable development, and regional cooperation. The forum was organised by Beijing Foreign Studies University.
Assistant Professors Shayakhmet Tokubayev and Nurzhanat Ametbek represented MNU at the forum. They delivered presentations on institutional risks and regional cooperation within the framework of the global Belt and Road Initiative. The speakers also highlighted the initiative’s role in strengthening integration in Central Asia and its alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.
Earlier, MNU also joined the China–Central Asia Legal Education Alliance.
