Photo Essay Contest “Özgeshe Perspektiva” (“A Different Perspective”)

The Department of General Education held a photo essay contest on the accessibility of urban and campus environments. Participants presented visual stories about barriers and inclusive practices, followed by an exhibition and discussion with experts. The event supports civic awareness and critical thinking (SDG 4), promotes inclusion (SDG 10), and advances sustainable urban environments (SDG 11). Outcomes: top works were selected for display on university platforms, and proposals were collected to improve wayfinding and shared spaces. Next steps include forwarding proposals to relevant units and organizing a joint workshop with campus services.
