Maqsut Narikbayev University announces the opening of applications for the international academic mobility program Erasmus+ MIND ICM 2025. Within this program, students, faculty members, and staff of the university will have the opportunity to visit partner universities in Portugal.
The program is implemented by a consortium of leading Portuguese universities, including:
• University of Porto;
• University of Minho;
• University of Aveiro;
• University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro.
For University Students
Students in the 2nd–3rd year of bachelor’s programs and master’s students at MNU are invited to apply if they meet the following requirements:
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
The program provides financial support, which includes:
- Round-trip airfare
- A monthly Erasmus+ scholarship
The duration of academic mobility for students is 150 days (approximately 5 months).
For Faculty and University Staff
The program also offers short-term academic mobility for faculty members, researchers, and administrative staff.
Funding covers:
- Round-trip airfare
- Accommodation expenses
The mobility period is 5 days, with an additional 2 travel days included.
Application Process
To participate in the program, applicants must submit their application through the Erasmus+ MIND ICM25 online portal, completing the Application Form and uploading the required documents.
Application deadline: April 10, 2026
Please note that candidate selection is carried out by the host universities in Portugal. Final decisions on participant admission are made directly by the partner universities based on submitted applications and the results of the competitive selection process.
