Presentation of a practical and educational manual by PhD, Assistant Professor of the Department of International Law Yeshniyazov Nurzhan Sergaliyevich “Commentary on the norms of the legislation of the Republic

On December 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., the presentation of the practical and educational guide by PhD, Assistant Professor of the Department of International Law, Nurzhan Sergaliyevich Yeshniyazov, titled “Commentary on the Norms of the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Field of Private International Law”, took place. The book represents a significant contribution to national legal literature and is of particular value, as it is the first commentary in this field in Kazakhstan. The publication was released simultaneously in two languages — Kazakh and Russian — making it widely accessible to students, professors, judges, and practicing lawyers interested in issues of private international law.
