Thirty-five years ago, the Declaration of Sovereignty was adopted a historic document that laid a solid foundation for steady progress. It became a turning point on Kazakhstan’s path to independence and marked the beginning of a new chapter in our nation’s history. This day serves to uplift the spirit of our people and strengthen our unity.
