Visually-Impaired Version 
From April 22 to 26, 2024, the Scientific School of Administrative and German Law at Maqsut Narikbayev University, in cooperation with the University of Regensburg (Universität Regensburg) and the Institute for East European Law (Institut für Ostrecht), with the support of DAAD, held a scientific and educational seminar on the topic “Protection of Constitutional Rights through Administrative Justice in Germany, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.”
The seminar brought together participants from Kazakhstan, Germany, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. During the event, scholars and experts in public law delivered presentations, participants presented their research papers, and group studies were conducted with subsequent defense of results.
As part of the program, participants visited the Constitutional and Supreme Courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where they became acquainted with their activities. Following the seminar, two participants selected by the organizers received a unique opportunity to undertake a three-month research internship in Germany.
