Visually-Impaired Version 
Maqsut Narikbayev University was visited by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Kazakhstan, Viktor Maiko. The diplomat delivered a guest lecture as part of the course “Intercultural Communication”.
The Ambassador spoke about the history of interaction between the two countries, highlighting the depth of cultural ties and shared traditions. Particular attention was paid to how, over time, the destinies of the peoples of Kazakhstan and Ukraine have intertwined, shaping a space of mutual understanding and cooperation. The lecture also covered contemporary aspects of communication, including the development of social media and the use of digital services as tools for intercultural dialogue.
During the lecture, Viktor Maiko also answered students’ questions. In addition, the Ambassador congratulated the university on the Nauryz holiday and emphasized its significance as a symbol of cultural diversity.
