We are pleased to announce the start of the application process for the academic mobility programme for the fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year at Saarland University.
Undergraduate students who have completed at least 60 ECTS credits, as well as master’s and doctoral students, are invited to participate in the competition.
Criteria:
- • Minimum GPA for Erasmus+ – 3.0
- • English language proficiency – at least B2 level.
Application deadline: 11 June 2025
Applications and supporting documents must be submitted via the web version of Smart MNU. Additionally, please provide an electronic copy on a USB flash drive to Office No. 220.
List of required documents:
- Student application in the prescribed form (download)
- Scanned copy of passport
- Transcript of academic performance for the current year (in Russian and English)
- International certificate confirming English language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English, Duolingo)
- Completed application form (download)
- Written consent from the applicant’s parents (guardians/legal representatives) for participation in academic mobility (download)
- Letters of recommendation in Kazakh, Russian, or English (if available)
- Copies of diplomas, certificates, and awards related to the chosen field of study received from national or international events (if available)
- Copies of documents confirming membership in the following categories (if applicable):
– Document confirming a large family (family composition certificate)
– Document confirming orphan status or lack of parental care
– Document confirming student’s disability.
In addition, please review the list of partner universities and available disciplines in advance, and coordinate the selected courses with your academic advisor to ensure alignment with your curriculum.
