The most outstanding business project developed by students of Maqsut Narikbayev University was selected upon the completion of the Principles of Management course. The winning team was presented with a monetary award in the form of a certificate.
First place was conferred upon students of the International School of Economics — Symbat Anuarbek, Kunayim Balseitova, Aknur Seitova, and Aylana Suleymanova. Their project was awarded a grant of $10,000, provided by the course instructor, Senior Lecturer at MNU and Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aidarbek Khojanazarov. Notably, this is the fourth time this competition including a monetary prize has been held.
The Principles of Management course is specifically designed to cultivate students’ practical business competencies. The final project presentations at the end of the semester provide participants with an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, readiness to tackle professional challenges, and to receive funding for the implementation of their ideas.
It is important to recall that, according to the ranking of higher education programmes by the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Maqsut Narikbayev University is recognised as the leading institution in the country for training professionals in the field of Management.
