Educational Advisor

A vacancy for the position of Educational Advisor is open at Maqsut Narikbayev University.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and monitoring of teaching quality across the university’s schools, including class observations and video reviews, preparation of analytical reports, and development of recommendations to enhance the pedagogical skills of MNU faculty members.
• Organise and conduct weekly training sessions and workshops on modern higher education teaching methods aimed at developing the following competencies:
• Fostering critical and analytical thinking among students;
• Applying interactive teaching methods;
• Effectively managing large and multi-stream classes;
• Providing methodological support in designing assessment tools and constructive feedback systems.
• Develop and update methodological guidelines and manuals for faculty members on teaching organisation and the implementation of innovative and interactive pedagogical practices.
• Promote the development of students’ academic competencies by enhancing teaching excellence, cultivating academic culture, and improving the overall quality of the academic process.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Higher or postgraduate education (preferably a Master’s degree) in Pedagogy or Educational Management.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with modern teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present analytical materials and recommendations.
