Responsibilities:
- – Full-cycle management of corporate and professional training for employees;
- – Identifying training needs in collaboration with department heads;
- – Organizing and conducting seminars, training sessions, and language programs (Kazakh and English);
- – Developing training programs, monitoring progress, and collecting feedback;
- – Budgeting and reporting for training activities;
- – Organizing corporate events and greetings for the university leadership.
Requirements:
- – Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/training;
- – Proficiency in Kazakh and English;
- – Excellent understanding of current trends in employee training and development;
- – Strong analytical mindset and communication skills;
- – Experience in public speaking (preferred);
- – Higher education in HR, management, psychology, or a related field.
