Corporate Training Manager

Maqsut Narikbayev University is looking for a Corporate Training Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• – Full-cycle management of corporate and professional training for employees;
• – Identifying training needs in collaboration with department heads;
• – Organizing and conducting seminars, training sessions, and language programs (Kazakh and English);
• – Developing training programs, monitoring progress, and collecting feedback;
• – Budgeting and reporting for training activities;
• – Organizing corporate events and greetings for the university leadership.

Requirements:

• – Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/training;
• – Proficiency in Kazakh and English;
• – Excellent understanding of current trends in employee training and development;
• – Strong analytical mindset and communication skills;
• – Experience in public speaking (preferred);
• – Higher education in HR, management, psychology, or a related field.
