Career, Internship and Employment Center of the International School of Economics

The main goal of the Career, Internship and Employment Center of the International School of Economics (ISE) is the quality and quantity employment of graduates in the present and in the future.

The main objectives of the Career, Internship and Employment Center of the International School of Economics (ISE) are to directly carry out work on employment and increase students’ appeal in the labor market.

The Business Council is a permanent advisory and consultative body of the School, which consists of prestigious and competitive employers who set the School's strategy and further development.
CIEC services
Advice and training on: writing an attractive CV, motivation and cover letter; attending an interview. Searching for internships and work placements. Assistance in the employment of students and graduates. A-Step to Graduate programme.

Objectives of the ISE CIEC

  • To organize work on maintaining internal documentation and concluding contracts with the heads of enterprises (organizations, institutions) acting as a base of practice for students;
  • To carry out activities aimed at building a system of effective employment work;
  • To interact with government authorities, including territorial bodies of public service, employment, departments of education, youth policy, as well as with public organizations and their associations, employers to assist in the effective employment of graduates;
  • Create and post on the website an electronic bank of vacancies for the employment of graduates offered by employers in the relevant areas of training (specialties);
  • Together with the employer campaigns, to teach students the technologies for achieving success in employment and the skills of a professional career of a modern competitive specialist, techniques for effective self-presentation in employment, the rules for preparing a resume and the rules for interviewing an employer;
  • To hold events with the participation of potential employers that help students and graduates decide on their future employment: job fairs, career days, trainings, presentations of employers, etc.;
  • Conduct interviews, selection of candidates for internship, as well as recruitment for vacant positions at the request of the employer;
  • Establish direct communication between students, university graduates and employer organizations;
  • To promote the functioning of an effective system for the development and support of volunteerism, based on the interaction of state authorities, non-profit organizations and commercial companies;
  • To analyze and monitor the labor market in order to identify the changing requirements of employers to the professional competencies of specialists implemented in bachelor's degree areas, collect, record and summarize information on the results of graduate employment.
