The MIND Research and Analytics Centre at Maqsut Narikbayev University builds bridges between science, business, and society. We are looking for an experienced professional to develop strategic partnerships with businesses, the quasi-public sector, and international organisations.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing engagement strategies with major businesses and international non-profit organisations to advance the university’s scientific and innovative initiatives;
• Initiating, negotiating, and managing complex partnership agreements, including joint research and funding collaborations;
• Building and sustaining strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders;
• Ensuring systematic reporting on partner engagement, project implementation, and external relations outcomes.

We are looking for someone who has:
✔ A Master’s or PhD in International Relations, Law, Public Relations, Economics, or a related field;
✔ 7–10 years of experience in external relations, GR, business development, or partnerships;
✔ Strong skills in strategic influence, negotiation, and fundraising;
✔ Excellent command of Kazakh, Russian, and English.
