Archive – Head of the Marketing Department

We are looking for a strong marketing leader who will build the university’s promotion strategy, strengthen the brand, and ensure sustainable growth of key performance indicators. We need a manager who can think strategically, lead a team, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the university’s marketing strategy.
• Manage the promotion of educational programmes (digital and offline).
• Oversee the university’s brand, positioning, and reputation.
• Lead the marketing team and external contractors.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure its effective use.
• Analyse the education market and introduce new promotion tools.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs related to student recruitment and brand awareness.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, including managerial experience.
• Proven track record of launching and promoting products or projects.
• Strong understanding of digital tools (SMM, performance marketing, SEO, analytics).
• Skills in strategic planning and budgeting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
