Junior Research Coordinator

The MIND Research and Analytics Centre at Maqsut Narikbayev University invites a motivated specialist to join our team and support the coordination of the university’s research projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying and collecting information on research initiatives by faculty and students;
• Maintaining communication with Schools to gather data and support initiatives;
• Managing and updating databases of the university’s research capacity;
• Supporting the implementation of MIND research formats (reports, seminars, lectures, roundtables);
• Preparing information materials (briefs, presentations) on research initiatives and outcomes for external stakeholders;
• Assisting in the organisation of research-related events.

We are looking for someone who:
✔ Has at least 1 year of experience in research, education, or science;
✔ Is proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of R, Python, MaxQDA is an advantage);
✔ Is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English;
✔ Is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
