Responsibilities: Teaching the course Food Production and Safety.
Requirements:
1. Education: A Master’s degree or PhD (preferably from an overseas university) in the relevant field corresponding to the taught discipline (Food Production and Safety).
2. Additional Qualifications: Professional development courses; international training programmes or academic placements are an advantage.
3. Professional and/or teaching experience is an advantage;
4. Personal Competencies: Adaptability, strong classroom engagement skills, creativity, diligence, teamwork, and a high sense of responsibility.
5. Language Requirements:
– IELTS no less than 7,0 (and/or TOEFL/CAE equivalent) and/or;
– TEFL and/or TESOL and/or CELTA certification,
or
– A degree from a university in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada in one of the following fields: Tourism, Tourism Management, Sustainable Tourism, Economics, or Geography.
6. Proficient computer skills are mandatory, including the use of online teaching tools, MS Office, data analysis software, and learning management systems (LMS).
Additional Requirements (Preferred):
– Experience of working or teaching at an international university;
– Membership in professional and academic associations.
