Grant Manager

📍 Astana | On-site position

The MIND Analytical Centre at Maqsut Narikbayev University is looking for an experienced and proactive Grant Manager to drive fundraising efforts and support research and consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

— Identify national and international grant opportunities
— Prepare project proposals and budgets, from initial concept to full project documentation
— Communicate with donors and research teams
— Administer active grants and prepare reports
— Train staff on grant management

Who We Are Looking For:

✔ Master’s degree in economics, law, project management, or a related field
✔ 5–7 years of experience in grant writing and administration
✔ Proven record of successful fundraising
✔ Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English
✔ Strong knowledge of grant mechanisms, regulatory frameworks, and budgeting
✔ Certificates such as PMP, CMPE, CRA, and similar are an asset
