Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the university’s marketing strategy.
- Manage the promotion of educational programmes (digital and offline).
- Oversee the university’s brand, positioning, and reputation.
- Lead the marketing team and external contractors.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure its effective use.
- Analyse the education market and introduce new promotion tools.
- Ensure achievement of KPIs related to student recruitment and brand awareness.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, including managerial experience.
- Proven track record of launching and promoting products or projects.
- Strong understanding of digital tools (SMM, performance marketing, SEO, analytics).
- Skills in strategic planning and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
