The main goal of the ‘Competitive Law’ master’s degree programme is the formation of a new model of a specialist with competencies in the field of ensuring legality in the implementation of various forms of commercial practice, such as cartel agreements, coordinated anti-competitive actions, the behavior of dominant companies, mergers and acquisitions.
